Send your name, email, phone, and exam language and pay the $149 flat fee. There is no appointment to book and no time slot to hold. That is the entire sign-up.
Your material and exam link
We email your course access and your personal exam link, usually within a couple of hours. The Manager course runs about eight hours of video and quizzes; the Handler course is closer to two. You can stop and resume as many times as you want — most people do it over a few shifts.
Take the exam when you're ready
Open your exam link whenever it suits you, day or night, from your own computer. Use a quiet space where nobody will walk in, clear the desk of notes and devices, and have your photo ID within reach. The Manager exam is typically 60–90 minutes; the Handler exam is shorter.
We approve and issue your certificate
When you finish, we review and approve your result and email your ANAB-accredited certificate, so you can hand it to an inspector or employer right away. It is valid for five years. If you don't pass, the Manager registration includes a free retake.
If something goes wrong
Internet drop, sick kid, a delivery at the worst possible moment: text or call 948-230-6077 and we get you back in. You're dealing with a person, not a ticket queue.

- A laptop or desktop with a working webcam and microphone, a stable internet connection (a phone hotspot usually works), and an up-to-date browser. Phones alone are not permitted for the proctored Manager exam.
- A current government-issued photo ID: driver's license, state ID, passport, or permanent resident card. The name must match your booking.
- Before the exam your proctor asks you to pan your webcam around the room and desk to confirm there are no notes, extra screens, or other people. It takes under a minute.
- No. You need a quiet, private space for the length of the exam — no other people, no phones on the desk, no headphones.
- The same day you pass. Your proctor confirms the result on the call and your certificate is issued electronically so you can print or forward it to your employer or inspector.
