Who we certify as a group

Independent restaurants staffing up before an inspection, franchise groups getting every location current, food truck fleets, catering companies onboarding seasonal crews, grocery and deli departments, school and healthcare food service, and ghost kitchens with rotating tenants.

How a group enrollment works

Tell us how many people need the handler card and how many need the manager certification. We enroll everyone and send each person their own training access and exam link. There is nothing to schedule — each person tests when they are ready. Afterwards you get a roster of who passed and copies of every certificate for your file.

Keeping the paperwork current

Manager certifications run five years and handler cards three, but staff turnover moves faster than either. We keep a record of your team's dates and flag renewals before they lapse.

Getting a quote

Put your headcount and target dates in the form below — include how many managers versus handlers and any Spanish-language needs — and we will come back the same day. In a hurry, call or text 948-230-6077.

Enrollment agenda

How a team enrollment runs, step by step.

Nothing is scheduled and nobody travels. You send a roster, we enroll everyone, and your crew works through it around service.

  1. Send your roster

Names, emails and language for each person, plus who needs the $149 manager certification and who needs the $19 handler card.

    10 min of your time
  2. We confirm the mix and quote it

You get a single written quote by headcount and credential type, with volume pricing on handler cards at 5 or more.

    Same day
  3. Enrollment goes out

Each person receives their own course and exam link by email. Nobody has to be in the same room or on the same shift.

    Within hours of approval
  4. Your crew trains around service

Everyone works at their own pace on their own device. No shift comes off the schedule and there is nothing to book.

    2 hrs handler / ~8 hrs manager
  5. Managers sit the proctored exam

Each manager opens their remotely proctored exam whenever they are ready, day or night, and sees the result on screen.

    60–90 min each
  6. We approve and report back

Certificates are issued and added to your roster so you can see at a glance who is done and who is still outstanding.

    Same day as each pass

Total time on task: Roughly a week for a full crew, most of it your team's own study time. Rush enrollments can start the day you approve the quote.

Timing depends on headcount and how quickly staff work through the video course.
